WebJul 3, 2024 · If I'm not mistaken, the cross play between Steam and Xbox/ Game Pass exists but currently is not working. Only because the game is on different versions on each platform. On Steam is on 1.045 and on Game Pass is on 1.042. Once the game gets updated, everything should work fine. So, if you are playing TMNT Shredder’s Revenge on PC, you can play with a friend who is playing the game on an Xbox.
