WebAug 1, 2024 · In this study, we identified USP38 as a DUB that positively controls c-Myc expression. USP38 is able to enhance the stability of c-Myc by antagonizing the function of FBW7α. Importantly, USP38 regulates cell proliferation through c-Myc. Thus, USP38 plays an important role in the regulation of c-Myc function. WebFBW7α.
