I have bought the air2s and before the first flight it wanted to update the firmware, and the installation stopped either at 53% or 40 %, I have then tried it different ways, all failed: - clearing the frimware cache. - deleting and Reinstalling the phone app. - putting on latest iOS.

Here are the suggestions: Make sure your phone has internet connection, try use browser app to view webpage, and switch to WiFi/4G network and try.
WebMay 20, 2024 · When I called DJI, they confirmed that my serial number was correct an active....The drone itself seems to be fine when it starts up, it does it's diagnostics and the FLy app even says ready to fly prior to the activation popup.
