I used Dbpoweramp for the majority of my CD-ripping needs. The default setting in Secure mode is maximum ripping speed. My new Asus CD burner rips extremely fast (around 90-120 seconds for a regular 70-minute CD). WebApr 19, 2015 · If the CD you are ripping is NOT in that database, dBpoweramp will say "Not in accuraterip." All that means is that your rip will take longer because of the secure ripping process. It has nothing to do with the quality of your result. If there is a match, you will only have a higher degree of confidence that your rips are "accurate."

Even subtle differences can cause the inacurate rip status. What i've learned is to let dBpoweramp CD ripper be my guide with all the secure settings on, but then listen to any "inacurate" rips and trust your own ears.
