I would like to say that fortuna is a ancient that gives you more gold. WebI would go for the best 4% primal, with best secondary stats (Solomon, Revolc, Dogcog, and Fortuna), opposed to rarity. But if you think rarity will play a big factor in the future (which is all speculation), then keep the higher rarity.
