WebI had book tickets from budgetair but… I had book tickets from budgetair but there is no detail information mention in the ticket like there is no bar code no hand in luggage … WebThe website was fairly easy to use, and the price was the best. The only issue was in using my credit card to pay for the flight, as it was blocked approx. 3x before being accepted. This is probably due to the security of the website. Bump up your security! Should have read other reviews before booking with them. There is no customer service. Online 24/7 is led by a robot and you cannot answer to your queries. There is no phone number and by email you receive copy/paste responses with no resolution. If I could, I would cancel my booking.
